Terms of Service

By creating an account or using AdFunnel AI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and agree to these Terms, and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

AdFunnel AI is an AI-powered marketing intelligence platform that allows users to discover competitor Google Ads, analyse landing pages, and generate AI-powered copy suggestions. The Service retrieves publicly available data from search engines and websites.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@adfunnel.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.
• One account per person. You may not share accounts.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes.

• Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of the billing period.
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to your current plan until then.
• Cancellation: you may cancel at any time via the billing portal. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period; no refunds are issued for unused time.
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms.

New accounts receive 2 free analyses with no credit card required. Free tier analyses do not roll over and reset at the start of each calendar month. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier with 30 days notice.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or automate requests to AdFunnel AI beyond normal use.
• Use the Service to target websites you do not have permission to analyse.
• Share or resell your account or API access.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Service.
• Use the Service for illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable law.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or disruptive code into the Service.

AdFunnel AI and its technology, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of any content you input into the Service (e.g. your landing page URLs). The AI-generated output (headlines, CTAs, analysis) is provided for your use without warranty of originality or non-infringement — you are responsible for reviewing and adapting it before use.

The Service retrieves publicly available data from search engines and third-party websites. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or legality of such data. You are solely responsible for how you use the insights and copy generated by the Service, and for compliance with applicable advertising regulations (e.g. ASA, FTC guidelines).

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with 30 days notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
